Receipt will be given to claim back for private health insurance.

We bulk bill consultation costs for Veterans’ Affairs (with current GP referral) and those who have been referred from their GP under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (previously known as EPC plan). 
Please bring your referral with you at the time of consultation.
